Fear.
Fear is the emotion which each and every person has or had in their past. Because of fear many of us don't take the risk of doing what we like to do. There are many fears we have like: -
1- FEAR OF FAILURE
2- FEAR OF DYING
3- FEAR OF LOSING SOMEONE
and many such fears.
Also, there are physical fears and emotional fears. When you want to achieve something in life and you fear whether you will succeed or not; this is the emotional fear. Fear of losing someone or Fear of getting beaten is the physical fear. Whether it is emotional or physical it is finally a FEAR. Also, there are phobias even those are the fears. The steps to overcome any fear are the same.
To overcome fear is difficult but not impossible. Here are few points which you can remember to over fear of any kind.
1- Positive Way.
Life provides you difficult situations. You must have a positive way of looking at the situation. Even if you have a fear of something you must take it in positive. It's just a fear, if you don't try yourself to get out of it you will never reach to your goal. You must make yourself so strong that you don't fear to any kind of situations that life gives you. And how to be strong to overcome this is by thinking positive.
2- Self-confidence.
Many of have fear of what other think about and because of that we lose our self-confidence. You must focus one yourself. Do what you feel is good. Don't think what others think about you. Because low self-confidence we have fear to face people. Build a strong self-confidence and you will never have fear for anything.
3- Try and Try.
Most of the time people fear to try or take risks because of the failure. You must remember that if you fail once you must give a second chance. If you fail the second time also don't give up, just try until you succeed. Many of the time people give up and don't try and hence they fail. But there many examples in this world who have failed thrice but still tried again and got successful. When you fear about something, don’t let it go into your mind or heart. You must try to control fear, if you can't you must try and try until you finally overcome it.
