5 Tips to Stay Fit
Today's Generation is all about the Fitness. The more we are progressing the lesser we are paying attention to our Body health and fitness. Due to our busy schedule, for example I can say that we are busy in our works, studies, business etc. Has affected our health not only body health but Mental health too. Since we are leaving in the age of Fitness, you may find some of the Fitness Freaks around you and You too want to achieve that fitness level here are my 5 tips and tricks to stay Fit.
1. Having a Fix Schedule
One need to have a fix schedule for doing a particular work. In the case of Fitness, you need to be very particular about the time. You need to exercise,
do meditation, yoga at a particular time so that your body should be able to act on your workout.
2. Exercise
To stay fit you need to exercise regularly. You can go to a gym, find a good trainer for you and can start your workout. Or you can also stay at home and do some push ups, pullups, stretching etc. But remember you should exercise at morning as soon as you get up so that your body get activated or in the evening after you have your snack time.
3. Meditation
'Staying fit' not only mean that you stay fit physically but mentally too. Your mind also needs something to get activated and work efficiently. Practice meditation at least 10 minutes a day in the morning and you will definitely see some changes in you. Meditation will keep your mind calm and will give more positive vibes.
4. Proper Diet.
If you want to stay fit you need to eat good. Don't eat junkies. Once in a while is fine but not always. You must follow a proper diet which give you more calories that is healthy. For example, you must include Carbs, proteins, some amount of good fats in your diet to get your body in shape.
5. Rest.
For a fit life you must need a fit mind and that comes from proper sleep or rest. 7 hours of sleep is a must . Don't focus on quantity sleep but focus on quality sleep. Focus on your goals and be committed towards them and you will definitely achieve the success.
