If you ever feel demotivated




Hello Trendsters. I hope you guys are doing absolutely fine.  Have you ever felt demotivated? Do you feel like giving up on your dreams and goals? Well, if you ever felt it or if you are going through such phase in life where you have no more courage left to work on your dreams then here are some of things that I wanna share with you which I hope gives you courage again to get started again.
Why do you feel demotivated? Is it because you don't get what you want? Is it because people don't value your work? Many times it so happens that when we cannot meet our expectations we find ourselves hopeless, and also when you fail many times ( In anything) then you feel discouraged. Sometimes people discourage you and that's the worst feeling you can get in your life.
Demotivation, hopelessness, loneliness etc. all such feelings will often come in your life which can pull you down from reaching your dreams. This is life, it is not easy and it shouldn't be. There will be many  hurdles coming in your way while reaching to your goals. You should not run away from them rather you should be courageous enough to cross them. Never worry about what people think of you. You be sincere and true to yourself and to your work. People will discourage you. Not all  people will like your work.  Everyone has their own opinions, own perspective of life. You go with yours. Don't think of those who demotivate you, discourage you. Work for them who loves you, who appreciate your work, who care for you, they are the one who believe in you and you shouldn't let them down.
Here are some things which you can do when you feel extremely low or demotivated.

Talk to those who are very close to: This is a great way to come out of demotivation. Whenever you feel low try to share your feelings with those who those you are very much comfortable with. I am very much sure that this will definitely help you. You don't need a big personality to inspire you. Look around there will be many, though not popular but with great knowledge.

Writing: Another way to reduce your demotivation is to express yourself through writing. Writing articles, diary, poems are the best ways to express your emotions. Keep expressing yourself.

Take a Break: Sometimes it happens that you don't want to do anything. In such situations, take some break. Take some time for yourself. Calm down your mental stress. When you feel demotivated, there's a battle between your positive and negative thoughts. Negative thoughts will keep on discouraging. Ignore the negativity and always go with positive thoughts.
Finally, be positive always. "What happens is not in your hand, what you do completely depends on you. So, think positive, do positive and be positive always." This is your life. Live big, think big.
